Initially, I thought this shop did a good job…I had taken my Audi there to get the brakes fixed. The price was reasonable and the job got done in a timely manner. So, when I was deciding to buy a truck I had them inspect it before I bought it. They said the only major issue was to have the back brake line replaced. That’s when it went downhill…I bought the truck, brought it to them to fix the brake line, they said it would need all new brakes, and there was an issue with the valves, the engine was leaking. On top of that, I was told the airbag light not working would not affect the inspection. However, the airbag light was connected to the horn not working. Another thing they missed. None of this was discussed prior to purchase. When asked why this wasn’t seen prior to me purchasing the truck they said “well, we had the truck longer and another mechanic looked at it” That was not an acceptable response because I was very clear that I wanted to hear about all the issues. Overall, I gave the shop a 2 because to much was missed during their inspection and the truck is now costing me more than it’s worth.
