I discovered Automotive Excellence back in 2017. I have a Mini Clubman and didn't want to go to the dealer because there were none close by. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I even recommended a friend who has a Jaguar and was very happy with his experience. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to Mini's and wouldn't go to the dealer now even if they were close by. I now have a 2023 Mini Clubman JCW and they are the only ones that touch my Mini!

Huge thanks to Shaun and the team at Automotive Excellence! They recently replaced the timing in my VW GTI and took care of a few other issues that had been bothering me. Shaun was upfront from the start, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and thorough. My car is running better than ever, and I’m beyond grateful. I’ll absolutely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Had a flat tire but didnt have the key to the wheel locks. They modified a tool and managed to get them off, saving me a tow truck ride to a BMW dealer.

First rate organization. Highly responsive. Very respectful as well as professional. Recommend them highly.
