When I bought my 1989 SAAB 900 turbo convertible in 2004, knowing that she should have a specialized technician to work on her, I had consulted my friends, family and coworkers on who they recommended - everyone said John @ Swedish Performance (now European Specialists). Since then, no one has done any mechanical work to her except John and his team. I have had a lot of major service done on her, especially in the past couple of years due to an accident to which I have paid out of pocket for all repairs. After work was done, I have checked with other places (chains) to find out what the cost of repair would be through them, and ES has ALWAYS come back lower. They use quality OEM parts (not after market like chains do), they treated me with dignity and respect, and even more importantly, they care about my car and making sure she is always in mint condition.
