The car was towed in with a brake problem with the big storm due that night. They did a great job and had it ready for us to pick up that evening before the storm hit. They were very good about explaining the problem and recommending a reasonable solution.

My car was making a rumbling noise. Brought it in to European specialists. They diagnosed and found the problem and when they realized it was an issue they remedied they fixed it for free because it was still under warranty. Car runs great now.

Having your car not start on a very cold New England morning is always frustrating but it's nice to know that you can get it towed to a reputable automotive specialist who can assess your aging european cars issues and give you straightforward feedback on the repairs needed at a decent price and turnaround based on the availability of the parts. It's a 40 minute ride for me but worth taking the extra time to get quality service done on my Saab.
