European Specialists always provide excellent customer service and their mechanical / technical knowledge of my Volvo XC-90 is beyond reproach. I have had my vehicle serviced by them for 5 years. For 4 of those years I lived out of state and made a trek back because I don't trust anyone else to work on my Volvo. John is a very honest man and will not recommend anything that is not necessary. Had I known they are able to work under warranty I would have gone to them sooner.

I have now been here three times and each time I was treated very well, the maintenance was done timely and I was well informed about what was needed for my mini... what was suggested to be done now and what could wait. This is greatly appreciated.

Issue1: Check engine Light On: I thought the cost to determine the code for the light being on was too high, particularly since this code has been an ongoing issue with our 2000 Volvo and has occurred multiple times.Issue 2: Drivers side low beam headlight was out. The bulb was replaced and the light works well.
