Service was fine. I recommend that some vehicle checks be reflected on the customer paperwork vs. only on your work notes. Example, I want a records of brake pad wear and wish to have that info in my records.I was verbally told my rear brake pads had 70% left. My last service atthe dealership stated there was 40% left. ??? Who is correct ?
