We were very happy to have the car back the same day.We also appreciated the extra time you took to clear out the error codes in the system computer.So far every thing is normal, the car runs good and there is no Check Engine indicator on.

This was 1st visit but it won't be my last. Roxanne was a delight.

I came by with no appointment, and was not in the database having never been in before. They were able to fit me in and complete the job quickly. Thanks.

Stopped by without an appointment for a minor service issue and it was completed within 20 minutes and at a very fair price. Will take my Land Rover back there for any service issues.

I do the majority of the work on my cars myself, but when it comes to something I cannot do, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. The staff is knowledgable, courteous and friendly -- anytime I'm there it feels like I'm socializing with fellow Saab enthusiasts rather than waiting at a mechanics shop. Great people, great work. Plain and simple.

I started going to ES with my 2004 Mini Cooper when Mini Service of Darien charged me for a service it never performed. I brought my Mini to John on the suggestion of a Saab owning friend of mine and was very pleased. Not only did ES fix the problem the dealership charged me for, but did so at a fair price. It's been about 4 years since that initial visit and my pleasure with ES remains high. I've also recommended ES to other friends who have been equally satisfied with their service.
