I started going to ES with my 2004 Mini Cooper when Mini Service of Darien charged me for a service it never performed. I brought my Mini to John on the suggestion of a Saab owning friend of mine and was very pleased. Not only did ES fix the problem the dealership charged me for, but did so at a fair price. It's been about 4 years since that initial visit and my pleasure with ES remains high. I've also recommended ES to other friends who have been equally satisfied with their service.
