I am so grateful to have found this dedicated group of caring professionals! In this day and age trust has to be earned.... they have earned mine! I am a lifetime client now for sure. They have taken such care of not only my vehicle, but my time, and the cost out of my wallet. Bob worked very hard to get me the very best prices. Roxanne got me in right away. My first visit there Chris worked on my car, he was great.He really cares about his work, it showes! I can't say enough! I am just grateful to have a place to go that I know I will be taken care of the way people should be. THANKS GUYS!

excellent service; I dropped my car off, on my way to a meeting; everyone was very helpful in getting all the work done, so I could pick it up the next day. When I had told Roxanne that the reason I needed evaluation was that the car sounded like a helicopter, they knew right away how to approach it; and now my car is normal!

I found European Specialists to be a top notch service center. Very knowledgeable about my Saab. I will definitely return in the future.

Stopped by without an appointment for a minor service issue and it was completed within 20 minutes and at a very fair price. Will take my Land Rover back there for any service issues.

Service was fine. I recommend that some vehicle checks be reflected on the customer paperwork vs. only on your work notes. Example, I want a records of brake pad wear and wish to have that info in my records.I was verbally told my rear brake pads had 70% left. My last service atthe dealership stated there was 40% left. ??? Who is correct ?

After 4 years of lousy and/or overpriced service I discovered John and Swedish Performance. I have been bringing my Volvo XC90 to him for 2 years and have been extremely pleased. There is no up-sell at SP. In fact John (or his staff) will tell me when NOT to spend money on a service. I now live 70 miles away and I still go to SP for every service.

Whether it's a routine oil change or major service, they are reliable, dependable, honest, and affordable. As for the big issues: when I was rear-ended 50+ miles from home, John & his staff coordinated repairs, insurance, rental, and took time to check on me. Their wonderful hearts give this company its soul!
