I have enjoyed and relied on the service received at SP for 8 years. My question now is how to continue to keep this car functioning well at a rate I can afford? Soroya

I have been a customer of ES for 3 years and would not take my Volvo anyplace else for service. Not only is ES completely up-to-date on Volvo diagnostic equipment but the owner (John) also extremely knowledgeable about my model vehicle. Had I known that ES can service under warranty, I would have taken my Volvo there from the time I purchased it in 2005. John is very honest and completely trust-worthy. I don't think there are a lot of service locations that you can say that about! All of the staff are very friendly and courteous. I moved out of state 2+ years ago and drive 75 miles each way to get to ES - they are that good.

They made every effort to fing me the best price for parts etc. Unexpected surprise...they were able to secure the convertible top down...no more leaks. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Swedish Performance, er, European Specialists, have always done great work on my Saab and yesterday was well done too. Not the screaming bargain they once were but you get what you pay for. It's nice to know someone is working on your car that is familiar with it.

The service here is always exceptional. They always go above and beyond to make sure the car is fixed correctly and on time. I am especially pleased with the customer service that I receive from Kim (Kim, I'll give you the money that I owe you later ;-)). She is always friendly and tries everything she can to provide the best customer service around. When my car needed more repair than I was aware of, she did everything she could to get a loaner car for me and was even willing to call the rental car company herself and arrange it if the loaner wasn't available. She also picked me up from my house after so that I could get the loaner car from the shop. They are overall just a great bunch of people and I would not hesitate to get my car fixed there ever. Oh, and Bob is also great too ;-) (Hi Bob!).

When my trusty Volvo would not start on Sunday, on Mondays AM, the problem was diagnosed & resolved quickly and cost effectively by day's end. Cheers to Bob for the prompt intake, to Stevie for the solution (you're my Stevie Wonder!),and to Kim for her beuatiful end of the day smile. I am so blessed to be able to say I trust John & his team. Thank you!
