We were driving home to NJ from Boston on I-95 on June 15 when the car suddenly stopped and would not restart. We did't know where we were or what to do. The wonderful CT Highway Assistance Motorist Patrol suggested Swedish Performance, since they were near where we had broken down. So we called, and they said they thought they could help us even though we were driving a Mercedes. AAA towed us to them, and there we were, stuck and stranded in Branford at 2pm on a Wed afternoon. Swedish Performance was terrific! They told us to get a bite to eat at the Greek diner next door, and even gave us a discount card to use, while they looked at the car. By 3pm they had ascertained the problem (a failed electronic sensor which cut off the engine), and had called a nearby Mercedes dealer and ordered a replacement part. A little after 5pm they had us back on the road homeward bound. Swedish Performance treated us like a regular customer, even though they knew they would probably never see us again, and treated our ememgency as their own. We highly recommend Swedish Performance as they are friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you to all the staff who got us back on the road again so promptly and efficiently! Ralph & Susan

Brought my daughters car in on a Saturday morning, without an appointment to repair a headlamp assembly, they took care of it within an hour.

Took about a half hour for them to change my oil. I went next door to the diner for a quick breakfast and by the time i was out they were done. My third time there with no major services done, only oil changes, but I won't hesitate to go there when it's time.

The work was completed in reasonable time, as quoted. I appeciate the use of the loaner.

I cant tell you how impressed I am with the level of service and attentiveness I received last Friday. I stopped by to see if I could buy a couple of brake lights for my car on a Friday afternoon right before the shop was to close. I didnt have an appointment and, at best, was expecting to get the replacement bulbs and installin gthem myself. The kind woman at the reception didnt even hesitate and said, "we can install them for you and it won't take more than a couple of minutes". She even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited! Thank you guys. You have earned a new loyal customer.
