Excellent service as usual today at Automotive Excellence. Came in with a tire which was slowly losing pressure. Assumed I’d have to buy a new tire. Pleased to learn that valve replacement was all that was needed.

Driving down the highway my 2005 Saab Aero suddenly experienced severe “ hiccups “ . ( misfires ) Limped home and checked out the most obvious causes without positive results. Had it towed to Automotive Excellence who found the problem almost immediately. They took care of it fast and the Saab is good for another decade ! :-)

My SAAB convertible top stopped responding to the button to open or close. Two other shops were unable to find or fix the cause. Automotive Excellence traced the cause to a bad sensor, fixed it for a very reasonable price, and had me back on the road with the top down to enjoy the last days of summer. Absolutely top notch service, from the front desk (great communication) to the mechanics. Automotive Excellence has a new happy customer in me.

There is no other shop I would consider taking my car to. Tom and Angela are honest almost to a fault and the techs are the best!

So I'm new to CT I am from NYC and I needed someone who won't rape me I have a bmw so I was referred to this place cause I didn't wanna pay 500.00 lemme tell you they were friendly and affordable I was outside relaxing while they yook care of my baby. I recommend this you won't be disappointed.
