I have been going to Automotive Excellence for the better part of the decade and they are always so kind, fair, and provide a customer service that is rare to find these days. Even though I have since moved from Branford, I continue to make the trek because it is worth it. I am only sorry that I have not properly thanked them with a review until now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service as usual today at Automotive Excellence. Came in with a tire which was slowly losing pressure. Assumed I’d have to buy a new tire. Pleased to learn that valve replacement was all that was needed.

Driving down the highway my 2005 Saab Aero suddenly experienced severe “ hiccups “ . ( misfires ) Limped home and checked out the most obvious causes without positive results. Had it towed to Automotive Excellence who found the problem almost immediately. They took care of it fast and the Saab is good for another decade ! :-)
