My SAAB convertible top stopped responding to the button to open or close. Two other shops were unable to find or fix the cause. Automotive Excellence traced the cause to a bad sensor, fixed it for a very reasonable price, and had me back on the road with the top down to enjoy the last days of summer. Absolutely top notch service, from the front desk (great communication) to the mechanics. Automotive Excellence has a new happy customer in me.

There is no other shop I would consider taking my car to. Tom and Angela are honest almost to a fault and the techs are the best!

So I'm new to CT I am from NYC and I needed someone who won't rape me I have a bmw so I was referred to this place cause I didn't wanna pay 500.00 lemme tell you they were friendly and affordable I was outside relaxing while they yook care of my baby. I recommend this you won't be disappointed.

So glad I took my car here. They were thorough, honest, and helpful. I feel like I'm driving a brand new car after their work! Very friendly service and so fast! I was only without a car overnight for some extensive work, and they even provided me with a loaner car. I am so glad to have them to call anytime I need anything and can rely on them for an excellent job well done.
