Always 5 stars. I've been using Automotive Excellence since 2009 and they have kept my 2005 Volvo XC90 running like new at almost 300K miles. Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant! Prices cannot be beat so if you're still using an overpriced dealership for service needs you should switch to this authorized service center.

I always bring my cars here. Mini, Fiat, BMW. Much less expensive than the dealership. I remember New Country Mini charged me almost $200 to change a rear light bulb that I could have done myself in about 10 minutes for for less than ten dollars. Everyone that works here is really nice and I am happy to have found them.

First time at European Specialist, will continue to have my Volvo XC70 serviced here. Excellent Front Office Staff, had scheduled service based on mileage. The quote they provided was very reasonable and there was no additional costs above the quote, they fix only what needs to be fixed and gave the car a good overall check. Loaner car was provided at no cost. Before considering a dealership for service where all repairs are above and beyond what was really needed, I would highly recommend European Specialist.
