First off let me say that I have worked on and been around cars all my life. Secondly, we brought our BMW to Automotive Excellence with the worst kind of problem, an intermittent one. Tom at automotive excellence loves a challenge and spent so much time running diagnostics and time on the phone with BMW tech support to find our problem. He went above and beyond what I ever could have expected to fix the problem with our car. And all that for an extremely reasonable cost! Hands down the best experience I have ever had working with an auto repair shop and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for exceptional work at a reasonable price. Five Stars!
