The owners are hands on, knowledgeable and friendly, as is the rest of their crew. I love that I'm notified when regular services are coming due (I'm the type that needs them!). I live several towns away with no shortage of European car service shops, but I choose Automotive Excellence. They keep my X3 purring like a kitten.

I needed a replacement for a cracked side view mirror. I really appreciated that Angela was able to find a used but clean part, significantly lowering the cost. Also when I picked up our SUV, it took a little less time than in the estimate, and they were very nice to true up the charges to less than estimated. Highly recommended!
