I dropped off my Acura Legend with these guys, having never taken either of my cars here before. Acting on a recommendation made by my father, who takes his 2002 Volvo V70 here, I decided to give this shop a chance. I have zero regrets with my choice. It took a couple weeks to get my car back, but this was purely due to the lack of availability of parts, and does not reflect any kind of failing on the part of the shop. In every conversation with the staff here, I felt as if they were truly making their best effort to diagnose and correct the issues with my car. I even received an unheard of discount on services rendered, after they explained to me that they needed to replace a bit more than we originally had discussed. All of this adds up to me being extremely pleased and truly impressed with the level of service offered here. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Acura back, or really any other vehicle. Thanks for the great treatment!

We’ve been taking our cars to Automotive Excellence since, well, since it was called Automotive Well-Above-Average, and we keep coming back because the service is, in fact, excellent. Also because we have cars. Obviously. If they only repaired toaster ovens, we probably wouldn’t take our cars there. But we would definitely have them work on our toaster ovens. But even if we didn’t have cars or toaster ovens, we’d still stop in because Angela, Tom, Luke and the team at AE are a pleasure to be around; friendly and professional. Simply put, we trust them, and that’s no small thing when it comes to finding a genuinely reliable auto shop. Or toaster oven repair service.

Luke and the team at Automotive Excellence are first rate. I brought our Volvo in with an engine noise that came and went. They were able to quickly diagnose it and recommend some other minor services needed. The work was completed to our full satisfaction and the car now runs exceptionally well!. They kept us informed of the cost and progress of work. The car was ready on schedule at the quoted repair cost. In short, I highly recommend them.
