Very knowledgeable, Fast service, Very professional staff. No BS, Tom will always tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. He will keep you informed every step on your repair. No cars leave the lot until Tom has personally inspected every repair. I dropped off my Acura Legend with these guys, having never taken either of my cars here before. Acting on a recommendation made by my father, who takes his 2002 Volvo V70 here, I decided to give this shop a chance. I have zero regrets with my choice. It took a couple weeks to get my car back, but this was purely due to the lack of availability of parts, and does not reflect any kind of failing on the part of the shop. In every conversation with the staff here, I felt as if they were truly making their best effort to diagnose and correct the issues with my car. I even received an unheard of discount on services rendered, after they explained to me that they needed to replace a bit more than we originally had discussed. All of this adds up to me being extremely pleased and truly impressed with the level of service offered here. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Acura back, or really any other vehicle.
