Angela at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Steve, of course, is always awesome. He originally diagnosed my problem on a previous visit. Tommy did the work today and was great. He replaced the part so fast! Everyone is always really nice here and explain everything in detail and answer my questions. I'm so grateful to have experts that I can trust and that know my car, my engine, etc. Thank you!

My first experience with Automotive Excellence and also the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. I reached out to have them perform a pre-purchase inspection on a used limited production European sports car and they were incredibly helpful and responsive right from the start. Once the inspection was completed, the owner was kind enough to have an almost 30 minute conversation with me about the good, the bad, and the ugly, while answering any questions I had and offering his professional advice. In the end, Automotive Excellence saved me from purchasing a less than stellar vehicle with a slew of undisclosed issues. Tom and staff exceeded all of my expectations and now I know why I've only ever heard good things about their shop. If you want a garage that's honest, knowledgable, meticulous, and budget friendly, here's your answer. Thanks again.

I thought replacing the instrument panel bulbs on our 92 Saab 9000-T was easy until it wasn’t as the car wouldn't start after I’ve replaced all the bulbs (I switched to LED bulbs). Hoping the reason was a simple matter of connection I pushed all the connectors harder and gave it another try (and then some) but nada. The car still wouldn’t start. Concerned that I may only exacerbate the problem if I continue, I decided to give up; contacted AAA, and had the car towed to Automotive Excellence. Fast forward the following day. Tom sent me an email informing me that the problem was quite simply the fuse blowing. That the original fuse was unable to carry the high load the LED bulbs require and the higher wattage fuse he had installed took care of the problem as our Saab started right up, just like before, and that it was ready to be picked up. That all in all, the diagnosis, repair, and reinstallation of other accouterments took half an hour, which reminded me of the reason why we think very highly of Tom, Angela, and Automotive Excellence in general. For despite the troubling regression in human values that is becoming more evident today, the virtue of honesty is still observed by Tom and Angela in addition to the competence of their crew at Automotive Excellence. And the very thought that they can be trusted and the peace of mind that flows from it to me is ample reason for me to have our cars brought there for repairs when it needed it. And although I had not planned on it, I decided to have them replace the OEM Saab radio with an aftermarket together with the speakers. And needless to say, the conversion went well and now we can listen to NPR again. Thank you, Tom, Angela. Oni

My car needed the 50K service so I trusted Tom would do everything the service manual suggested. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that the belts that were listed as replacement items did not need changing. Tom called and advised me of the belt "non issue" and saved me $100 and the total bill was a lot less than the dealer estimate. Belts are important items and the parts and labor to change them can be expensive. I am convinced that the dealer never would have called to tell me that they didn't need changing. the dealer probably would have tried to upsell me on some other parts or service that they recommend like an AC system flush. Automotive Excellence (aka European Specialists) is the place I trust for my automotive needs. Tom is such a nice guy. He's a college graduate, he's extremely knowledgeable and most important he's honest. Anyone who rings their vehicles to AE will not be disappointed. Also, you'll e greeted at the front desk by Angela who is also auto smart and very personable. Thank you Automotive Excellence !!!
