Our 92 Saab 9000-T is a very reliable transportation and regular maintenance certainly helps ensure its dependability. But despite consistent care, the vulnerabilities of age still show itself every now and then but thank goodness for Tom and Angela and Automotive Excellence, the car remains as sound as ever. Last week in fact I had to take the car to them because of electrical and steering problems; that is the stoplight remains lit despite the new switch I’ve installed while the steering feels like the bearings were all shot, which repair I wouldn’t even attempt. Long story short, they did the search for the steering parts it needed, which as Tom explained was causing the bump on the steering that was hitting the stoplight switch causing it to break. Trust is a value that could only be earned and Tom and Angela at Automotive Excellence have consistently earned that from me. I wish them all the good fortunes! Oni Sioson East Haven
