I have been bringing my cars here for service for years. The service is prompt and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
I wish I could give ZERO star. I was told by their representative over the phone that no appointment is needed for oil change. I took my day off from work and went all the way from West Haven to change oil. They said I need appointment for oil change and they didn’t get my car in for oil change. My day wasted.

European Specialists is an honest shop, with skilled technicians. They do good work at a fair price, and they stand behind their work. They are also very pleasant and accommodating. I recommend them. (They work on Asian cars, too.)

This place is great. Tom Walker is not only a great technician, but he is a truly nice guy. I brought my Genesis in for a road force wheel balance. This is more than just a simple wheel spinning and weight placement exercise. Tom explained exactly what was done and how each wheel & tire was corrected and then repositioned on a certain corner on my car. Tom will never try to sell you a service or part you don't need. I always feel welcome here and Angela at the front desk always keeps me updated on what is going on with my car. I'll say this again, this is a great place to bring your car. You will not be disappointed. Bill
