Our 92 Saab 9000-T suddenly started to make “grrrrr” sounding noise each time the transmission (auto) shifts to high gear, which naturally troubled me thinking it may very well be an indication that the car is nearing its end. Thinking (more like hoping) it could be something an off the shelf “cure” could remedy, prompted me to try a couple, which, unfortunately, turned out to be false hopes. Not ready to give up I then googled and sought opinions from friends with Saabs but with similar results. Nada, so I gave up and called Tom at European Specialist. My ultimate “Go-to-guy” option, each time the car confronts me with a problem I could not solve. And as always, TOM and his Euro Specialists never disappoint for the problem turned out to be repairable (although it is a SAAB it is still a 92 with 140K!) so once again our “beloved” Saab is back on the road. In conclusion, Tom’s friendliness and reassuring words (as with Angela) have always made the difference with me and why I have always trusted European Specialist for in my view, trust is a value that is earned (not bought) and Tom has certainly earned it.
