As a woman, I was pleased with the customer service. They did a thorough check up on my Saab. The repairs went well and the car is back on the road and driving smoothly.

Five stars is the limit I could give. If there were 10 stars that would be my grade. I brought a BMW 535 xi in for a pre sale inspection. Tom did an in-depth inspection and identified several areas that needed correction from the dealer. The car had an oil leak, needed brakes, needed an alignment, and had some exterior cosmetic issues. I presented the report to the dealer and asked that they correct them or adjust the sale price. They chose neither. I cancelled the deal and got my refundable deposit.back. The money I spent for this inspection was well worth the price. Now for a quick review of the staff I encountered during my visits. Tom, the manager, is filling the shoes of the deceased owner, John Lear, in a way that would make John very proud. Not only is Tom a really nice guy, he is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. And, he's personable. honest and just plain nice to work with. The office staff of Angela and Wayne were very accommodating during my many pre inspection visits. I can only assume the rest of the crew are just as competent and professional as Tom and the office staff. No one will be disappointed doing business with European Specialists.

Not satisfied with service performed on vehicle. Diagnostic test was inaccurate the first time. Parts were replaced but matter wasn't resolved. Vehicle was towed four times, another diagnostic test was performed, service fee and parts were overrated. Called parts store and the parts were over half the amount less than what they were going to charge. Took the vehicle somewhere else and water was found in the motor, the parts that were replaced were inoperable and had to be replaced again!!!

After Mondays appointment misshap

UPDATE: I was contacted several hours after posting my review on 11/1. I was informed that the part had been ordered and they apologized for not informing me. One week after that call, my car was repaired and it works well. All and all, around 6 weeks, and little over $600 to have the antenna base replaced.
