I almost look forward to my car needed something just so I can see everyone at ES!

I scheduled an appointment to have the antenna base replaced on my MINI. It was not receiving AM or satellite and both those are received using the antenna base. Having come to this conclusion on my own, it would see standard procedure that they would perform their own diagnostics to verify the problem. After 10 days of diagnostics, it was determined I needed a new antenna base. They ordered it, but upon receiving the base it was determined they had ordered the wrong one. Now, already having my car for 2 weeks! They suggested that they put it back together and I pick it up and bring it back for installation when they receive the correct antenna base. That was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from them!

Make no mistake, I try to minimize my auto repair bills just like the next person--calling around, using coupons, etc., but at the end of the day, you do the right thing by yourself and your car by entrusting it to them. They've more than earned my utmost confidence and appreciation.
