After his diagnostic said will fix the issue , and will cost you $800 , I said okay, go ahead , and then, after 3 days, they said we figure out another issue will cost you $3300 They charged me $800 and the same issue still there So no no experience, will not come back to them anymore
This is completely untrue. Your Mercedes had timing codes which is a common issue on that particular engine. You approved diagnostic time to remove the timing cover on that bank and have the timing set inspected. After removal of the cover we informed you the camshaft actuator Intake Bank 2 was externally losing oil pressure; this can only be seen by removing the cover and rotating the engine by hand. You were then informed what was needed and to fix the issue however you said you did not have the funds to have repair performed. You the REQUESTED to have the tensioner on that side replaced against our reccomendation. Multiple times over the phone AND in person we informed you that your vehicle would still have the same issue when you picked it up. Regarding the timeline of the repair, we do not pretend to be the fastest shop (we focus on quality) however you were informed of the diagnostic within 24 hours of dropping off your vehicle. Feel free to reference our thousands of positive reviews around the internet.
