I brought my car in because it had a 'check engine' light that wouldn't resolve. The issue had been addressed by not only the dealer but a few different repair shops that all claimed to resolve 'check engine' problems. It was a big deal because it was preventing me from passing emissions. European Specialist did the work within one day and I passed emissions the next. When the 'check engine' light returned a few days later, I brought it in and they resolved at no charge. The issue this time was a simple one to keep an eye on. They were friendly and helpful and provided excellent customer service along with the excellent mechanical service.

I lived in Connecticut for a year and a half. I bought a used car that ended up having a TON of problems. Everyone at European Specialists helped me immensely, from talking me through what to do when I was on the side of the road, to giving me loaner cars when my car had to be in the shop for an extended period of time, to making me laugh when I checked out, even if my $$$ amount was hard to stomach. European Specialists made me feel so cared for. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a European car, or otherwise. I had very obscure problems, and they always did their best to dig to the bottom of them.
