I recently got the back panel of my Audi A4 fixed after it had been dented. After a free quote and meeting Roy, we decided on European auto works immediately. They got me in right away and my car was returned within the week, better than it had looked before the dent happened. I couldn't believe the beautiful work Roy can do. Fair price and great service. My tires were awful. My back driver side tire was loosing air on a regular basis. My tires got replaced and aligned! It is so good to believe in a mechanic now. John said my breaks were low and he'd replace them too! So all in all it's a great place for work.

Stopped in to see if they could do a flex pipe on short notice, since I was going to movies around the corner. They fit me right in, while I went to the movies. Thanks good old Tom .

The team at European Specialists do a great job...Tom has been handling my 160k BMW 335i for years. Great guy...great place. Sooooo much better than the dealership.

I received a high quote from the dealership, so I decided to give European Specialists a try. I had to tow my X5 from Ridgefield. It was well worth it. Not only was the service less expensive, but the service was much better. Tom, the service advisor was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely honest. The dealership told me it would take 2 days to complete(they lied), Euro Spec did it in a 1/2 day. The dealership drained my battery, ES charged it back up. The mechanic, without me asking, showed me the part that was replaced and explained why the part was leaking(great communication). Everybody there was a pleasure to deal with.I was unhappy that I had a problem with my X5, but I am extremely happy that I found European Specialists. Also the owner is a Harley enthusiast like myself. Oh, the mechanic put the tow hook and other tools, that I had out, back where they belong. Dealership always leaves everything a mess. These guys have geat service at a great price.

You always take great care of my Saab. Yours is an extremely professional and we'll run operation with exceptionally knowledgeable staff! Tom thought nothing of jumping out from behind the counter to replace my low beams, and at a very reasonable price that made me question the time I spent researching a do-it-yourself option online.
