I received a high quote from the dealership, so I decided to give European Specialists a try. I had to tow my X5 from Ridgefield. It was well worth it. Not only was the service less expensive, but the service was much better. Tom, the service advisor was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely honest. The dealership told me it would take 2 days to complete(they lied), Euro Spec did it in a 1/2 day. The dealership drained my battery, ES charged it back up. The mechanic, without me asking, showed me the part that was replaced and explained why the part was leaking(great communication). Everybody there was a pleasure to deal with.I was unhappy that I had a problem with my X5, but I am extremely happy that I found European Specialists. Also the owner is a Harley enthusiast like myself. Oh, the mechanic put the tow hook and other tools, that I had out, back where they belong. Dealership always leaves everything a mess. These guys have geat service at a great price.
