Follow up to my previous NEGATIVE review:This was my first service at ES and did not know what to expect as I did not research any reviews from other customers. For the record there were quite a few fault codes that needed to be hashed out. Further, Bob at ES was trying to save me money and the less costly fault code issues were initially repaired. Ultimately, both fuel pumps were replaced which is what I was told might need to be done. My Audi A4 is running like a champ now. I would recommend ES to others for foreign car repairs.

After having a very disappointing series of issues with Audi of Wallingford I needed to find a new mechanic to service my Q5. I spoke to Tom at European Specialists and was immediately impressed and relieved that I had found a new place to go for service. I booked the appt with ease and brought my car in to have my brakes done as well as have them look at some other possible issues with the car. I was also provided with a loaner. Within 3 hours I received a call stating everything was completed. I only wish I had known about European Specialists years ago! Thank you again!
