When I bought my 1989 Saab 900 turbo convertible in 2004, I had asked friends, coworkers and neighbors who they would recommend to work on my new acquisition, and each person said John @ (then) Swedish Performance. Since then, no one else has worked on her. I have had A LOT of work done on this car, and after the first couple of major jobs were done, I decided to find out what it would have cost at other places, and John not only used Saab parts, but also saved me money over others. I have since added a car to my collection, and when the warranty was up through the dealership, all service went has gone to John and his guys at European Specialists as well. My cars are my babies, and they treat my cars as I would like them to be treated. I have always highly recommended them to anyone I have talked to. They have taken good care of family members as well. They're the best!

We know how important family is, Elizabeth -- I'm honored that you trust us with the service of your cars. We take great pride in our work, and it's a true compliment to us when we are recommended by others. I know that it has been a few months, but I wanted to say thank you for your kind words. If you need anything else, you know where to find us! - John

Purchased 4 Nokian tires & feel like a NASCAR race driver in my Mini Cooper!!! Hugging the road w tires that feel inflated beyond their actual size....can't wait to try them out in real snow!!!

Follow up to my previous negative review: This was my first visit to ES so I was cautious having not read the excellent reviews which were available to me as a consumer. So my Audi had multiple error codes. The folks at ES were trying the least expensive fixes first and I now understand why this took longer than expected. Ultimately the fuel pumps needed to be replaced (which they suggested during the initial review process) and now my car is running like new. I was given a loner vehicle and their repairs are warrantied. I would recommend ES.

Fantastic service, both technical and customer.

Brought in for a oil change and thought I needed new brakes. I received a call 2 hours later that my car was ready and the brakes still have 50 percent wear left. Thanks for the honesty!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the service. My car was fixed in a short amount of time, without any hidden prices. Overall a great place to bring your car when you need it fixed.

I bring the Saab in to you because I assume your techs will pay particular attention to the issues that are typical of Saabs, so I like to know that the "inspection" not only checks out the current conditions of things but looks for possible signs of future trouble. So far so good. The only thing that worried me a bit last time was that no one seemed to have checked the tire pressure, which I would have thought was a common point of inspection, so I hope the rest of the inspection was thorough and they just forgot to look at that.

So I have lived in the area for 7 years now and really didn't have a reason to try European Specialists. I purchased a 2007 750 LI BMW. I needed a oil change and brake fluid flush. But the real reason I needed to go there was my right passenger front door soft lock wasn't working and my door wouldn't latch closed. So I was driving the car with some string to keep the door closed. after the string broke 2 times and the door opened fully on 95, I figured I better get it checked. I had a feeling the price was around 1k to get it fixed as its not just a door lock, its a BWM fancy lock that has a brain and computer chip the controls the entire world. So being in trouble already with my wife over the price, Tom called me from European Specialists after I dropped it off. Now rewind 35 hours. I made a appointment on the computer to drop it off. It was confirmed right away after making it. I was off that day so I called and asked if they could take me in today vs tomorrow. Tom said I am sorry but monday's and fridays are booked. I said no worries and will see you tomorrow. I dropped the car off and the first person who I met was Tom. Extended his hand and said good afternoon. He explain what they would do and start in the morning as I was dropping it off the night before. Two other guys introduced themselves to me as well. I was surprised of the service offered. I am in the hospitality industry and understand service and the value of WOWing the customer and creating raving fans of a business. So now its Wednesday afternoon and here comes the call from that number that is going to cause me a fight when I get home with my wife over this 1.3k invoice that Tom is going to tell me about. Tom said I have bad news and good news. I said Tom, I am in trouble with my wife already so don't kill me on pricing. He explained the oil change and the brake flush was completed. I said great. Now whats the bad news....He said I can't fix your car. I said ok but why. He said there was a recall on the lock and we can't fix it , but take it to BMW with this paper we printed out and the will fix it for free as it is a safety recall. I was like no F...ing way. So think about this.... In todays world everyone is looking to make a fast $$. Most would never know if there was a recall or not. They could have replaced the part and my invoice would have been 1k +. European Specialists did not do that. They had integrity. So that 1k+ invoice that they didn't collect because of their honesty, will become 10 fold in $$ because of not ripping me off. There aren't too many people or companies that that would have done this. Thank you again for doing the right thing and to know there are still companies and people out there that are honest. Thank you !!!!
