This was my first visit to European Specialists and I felt well taken care of. An experienced car friend had enthusiastically recommended them, so I had high expectations, which were met. Very friendly service and a great estimate sealed the deal. The work was done just under the time estimate, so I was able to pick my car up the afternoon before I thought it would be ready. The cost estimate was right on the on money. And by the way, before finding these folks, I had gotten 3 estimates in the area - and ES's was well below the closest one. Although my friend swears by ES for his cars' mechanical work, my car needed body work after a minor fender bender. The results are the best part of this experience. My "excellent condition" BMW looks like new. As I walked out the door, I told Bob, "I hope I don't have to see you guys soon, but I know this is the place I'll take my car when the warranty's up."
