Follow up to my previous NEGATIVE review:This was my first service at ES and did not know what to expect as I did not research any reviews from other customers. For the record there were quite a few fault codes that needed to be hashed out. Further, Bob at ES was trying to save me money and the less costly fault code issues were initially repaired. Ultimately, both fuel pumps were replaced which is what I was told might need to be done. My Audi A4 is running like a champ now. I would recommend ES to others for foreign car repairs.

Good experience with Angela, Bob and John. I took my car in without an appointment (12:30 PM) for a battery problem, It was diagnosed quickly and replaced. I had the car back on the same day by 4:30 PM. I've brought my wife's MINI in 3 times now for service and haven't been disappointed once. I've never had to bring the car back after service for any reason. A good group for sure. .

I am new to Branford and was referred to Tom for issues with my BMW he was super nice, made me feel welcome and was totally up front about what my car needed. He was so patient with me while I made a decision. This place and Tom are first class!

These folks are a godsend! They were able to restore / resurrect a 30 year old car to full operating capacity at a very reasonable cost, and they kept me informed about cost options and their progress throughout the duration. I would heartily recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, competent and cost-effective automotive servicing - I cannot say enough good things about them - I will be bringing my cars here from now on!!!
